Michael has been part of the teams to win the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) Suburban Deal of the Year award in both 2014 and 2015, was named a Costar Power Broker in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2019, and most recently was awarded a Top Broker Honoree by Connect CRE in 2019.

Kevin McNamara is a Route-128 expert with a specialty in providing brokerage and transaction services for Boston based global portfolio companies. Twice nominated for the Rising Star of the Year award, he has excelled with business development responsibilities as well as providing exceptional service to all clients around the world.

Kevin McNamara is a Route-128 expert with a specialty in providing brokerage and transaction services for Boston based global portfolio companies. Twice nominated for the Rising Star of the Year award, he has excelled with business development responsibilities as well as providing exceptional service to all clients around the world.
Kevin is responsible for handling transaction management and the administration of Analog Devices’ 3+ million square foot global leased portfolio. On behalf of Wolverine Worldwide and Cimpress, Kevin has recently completed over 100,000 SF sublease transactions in Waltham.
A graduate of Colgate University, Kevin received his Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology and anthropology as well as a minor in English. He was a two-time captain of the Men’s Ice Hockey team and founded a non-profit organization called Goals for Good. The platform raised money for various causes in the Northeast by way of wins and goals scored in the Eastern College Athletic Conference.
After his time at Colgate, Kevin played professional ice hockey in Norway.

At Boston University, he was a member on the Men’s Ice Hockey team which won a National Championship in 2009. During his time at BU he was an active volunteer for Autism Speaks and Athletes 4 Autism.
